MediaTek Dimensity 8100 beats Snapdragon 8 Gen1 in Core test

March 5, 2022, Xiaomi Today received the GeekBench test on its website, where we noticed a Realme smartphone with the model number RMX3562. According to the reports on the test, we can see the smartphone with the single-core score of 969 and the multi-core score of 3923. The device has 12GB of RAM and an Android 12 operating system. Another leak arrives from Digital Chat Station, which reveals that the smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100, and in the Geekbench test, it has surpassed the hottest processor of 2022 (Snapdragon 8 Gen1).

If you follow our articles, you must have read that the Dimensity 8100 will launch with the TSMC 5nm processing technology and eight cores powered by Mali-G610 GPU. In the test, we see the other Realme model with model number RMX3310, which scores 1129 in the single-core and 3538 in the multi-core. It is said this smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 888, which lack behind the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and MediaTek Dimensity 8100.

In the GeekBench test, the smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity was tested three times, where it also scored 4071 in the multi-core, which is a lot more than that of Snapdragon 8 Gen1. So, the overall result is the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor will be the most powerful processor of 2022.
